OneTribe Church is led by a team of elders. Together they guard, govern and guide the church.
Mbonisi Malaba
Lead Elder
Mbonisi is the lead elder and serves on the preaching team. He is also an orthopaedic surgeon. Tashinga serves in the children’s ministry of OneTribe. They have three children for which they are very thankful.
Sean Anderson
ELDER
Sean is an elder and serves on the preaching team at OneTribe. He is also the Managing Director of ACTS Group. Tesni is a leader on the Haki team and manages a baby home in Limuru.
Simba Mecha
ELDER
Simba is an elder and serves on the mercy and welcome teams at OneTribe. Mutheu serves on the preaching and Haki teams.
Cephas Tapedzisa
ELDER
Cephas is an elder, serves in young adults ministry and on the preaching team. He has also founded Great Lakes Global. Michelle homeschools their two wonderful kids and also serves in the worship team.
Daniel Loewen-Rudgers
ELDER
Daniel is an elder and serves in men’s and the unreached people groups ministries. Daniel works with Mission Aviation Fellowship. Damaris leads the worship ministry at OneTribe. They have two beautiful children.

Mincy brings people, systems and ministry together to help create an organised, welcoming environment where people can connect, belong and grow.

Ministry Lead
Jotham connects eldership, staff and ministry teams while helping OneTribe grow in worship, prayer, formation and mission.
